How to wear a skin

Every skin comes in classic (4-pixel arms) and slim (3-pixel arms). Pick the file that matches your character.

Java Edition

  1. Open the Minecraft Launcher and click Skins (top of the window).
  2. Click New skin and give it a name.
  3. Click Browse and choose a PNG file from your download.
  4. Choose Classic or Slim to match the folder, then Save & Use.
  5. Start the game: the skin shows on your character.

Bedrock Edition

  1. Windows: double-click the .mcpack file. Phone or tablet: save it, then open it with Minecraft.
  2. Wait for the “Successfully imported” message.
  3. Open the Dressing Room. If the game asks, choose Classic Skin.
  4. Press the little green Featured Skins button (the clothes hanger), pick a skin, then Equip. Each skin is listed twice: classic arms and slim arms.
  5. If the skin does not appear: Settings → General → switch Only Allow Trusted Skins off.

Menus can change between game versions; if a name differs, look for “skins” and “import”. Custom skins may not be possible on consoles: the game decides.

Questions and answers

Is this an official Minecraft product?

No. These skins are original artwork made by Pixtisan. They are not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Classic or slim?

Classic skins have 4-pixel arms, slim skins have 3-pixel arms. Every skin comes in both: pick the one that matches your character.

Java or Bedrock?

Both. You get 64 × 64 PNG files with the outer layer for Java Edition and a ready-to-open .mcpack file for Bedrock Edition (Windows, phones, tablets).

How do I get the files after buying?

Payment is made by card through Payhip. Right after payment you receive an e-mail with a download link: a ZIP with the PNG files for Java, the .mcpack for Bedrock and a README with the install steps.

Where can I use them?

In your own game, on servers that allow custom skins, in your videos and streams. You may not resell or re-upload the files.

Do the free skins need an account?

No. Click a download link and the file is yours: no account, no e-mail address.
