1. Seller

2. Products

Digital content to download: skins for Minecraft as PNG files (Java Edition and Bedrock Edition) and Bedrock .mcpack packs, sold one by one, in packs of 5 or 6, by collection, or as a complete bundle. Each product page describes what it contains. These products are not official: Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online by card, through Payhip. The order is binding once the payment is accepted.

5. Delivery

The files are supplied immediately after payment, through a download link sent by e-mail.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, you can ask for the supply to begin straight away. By ticking the box before paying, you give your express consent for the content to be supplied before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended and you acknowledge that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal (articles L221-18 and L221-28, 13°, of the French Consumer Code). We confirm this consent to you by e-mail with your receipt.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) for non-conformities that exist at the time of delivery and appear within two years. If a file is unreadable or incomplete, write to us: we will bring it into conformity, in the ways provided for by law.

8. Licence

The skins are for your personal use: your own game, servers that allow custom skins, your videos, streams and screenshots. Resale, sharing, putting the files online (as files, in a pack or on a skin site) and claiming the artwork as your own are forbidden. The same licence is written in the README of every download.

9. Personal data

Payhip collects your e-mail address for delivery; we receive your e-mail address, your country and the details of the order. Your address is neither resold nor used for advertising without your consent. See the privacy policy.
